🔧 What you'll be doing:
• Supporting clients with day-to-day IT needs (on-site & remote)
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Assisting with Microsoft 365, backups, and cybersecurity
• Network setup, configuration, and structured cabling work
• Representing ETX IT Solutions with professionalism and care

✅ What we're looking for:
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn
• Great communication — you'll be working directly with clients
• Networking and cabling experience preferred (switches, routers, running/terminating cable)
• CompTIA A+/Network+ or similar experience is a plus
