You know where you are.

You know where you want to go.

It’s everything in between that gets messy.

That’s where Hovel Ideas works.

We find the missed steps, untangle the confusion, and build practical systems around how you actually operate.

You bring the ABC and XYZ.

We give you the rest of the alphabet back.

Busy bar. Packed house. Specials changing. Staff updates flying everywhere.

That’s exactly the kind of mess a Hovelkin is built for.

Give us about an hour, show us how your place really runs, and we’ll find the things getting missed before they cost you money.

Show us the mess. We’ll build your Hovelkin around it.

I finally put some prices on this thing.

Hovel Ideas builds small systems for businesses that keep losing callbacks, quote requests, receipts, job details, reviews, and follow-ups in texts, notebooks, and somebody’s memory.

Not a giant software overhaul. Not another complicated program nobody uses.

We find one place where things keep falling apart, then build something simple to catch it.

I’m looking for the first three Lubbock-area businesses willing to try this with me. Founding clients get 20% off the build price in exchange for honest feedback.

If you own a business and regularly say, “Damn it, I forgot to call them back,” we probably need to talk.

And since this page currently has a thundering audience of 37 people, sharing this would genuinely help.

Meet Hovelkin.

He was made for the space between having a good idea and actually getting the damn thing done. The scattered notes, forgotten promises, half-built systems, and everyday mess that keeps good people stuck.

Hovel Ideas is building practical tools for real people and businesses. Not corporate theater. No pretending the mess does not exist.

We catch it. We sort it. We build what helps.

A Hovelkin is coming soon to a mess near you.
