We're Giving Back to Lewis County this Holiday Season!!!

Quantify Consulting is proud to announce the completion of our 2025 Analytics & Automation Free Giveaway project with Double Play Community Center!

As part of our commitment to giving back to the community that supports us, we invited local nonprofits to apply for a free analytics and automation project from our team of data solution consultants. We're thrilled to have partnered with Double Play Community Center to transform how they track and report their incredible community impact.

Double Play Community Center in Lowville, NY is dedicated to bringing the community together through programs for all ages and stages of life. From youth sports and fitness classes to senior programming, they provide opportunities for everyone to stay active, engaged, and connected—transforming “at-risk” to "at-potential".

**What did we build?**

Our team developed a custom Looker Studio dashboard that streamlines client demographic tracking and grant reporting.

The solution includes:
*Automated Data Integration - Seamlessly pulling client information from Mindbody and Squarespace into one unified view
*Smart Address Mapping - Automatically linking client addresses to their corresponding townships and municipalities for accurate grant fund allocation
*Comprehensive Reporting - Easy-to-access demographic insights including age, location, and program participation across all DPCC programs

**What was the impact?**

This new system eliminates hours of manual data review, enabling Double Play Community Center to spend more time serving the community and less time wrestling with spreadsheets. With accurate, real-time reporting at their fingertips, they can now track grant requirements effortlessly and demonstrate their impact with confidence.
