Update on the shop remodel!

Got about 1/3 of the way done this weekend, and things almost back in place to be able to work again, but enough in place to keep things moving orders will continue to ship as promised both here and for minis!

Just a little update, not a lot got done this week, one of the doors to our garage/shop failed and to repair it properly is going to require so major work. SO instead of making things, this week has been about remodel prep. The construction should go rather quickly its just going to hinder production times especially in the painting department. But when everything is done it will make it so we can do more faster as the remodel will add temperature control which means printers can get moved out of my "office".
I will try and post so pics of the progress, things will be slow until the first of the month.

Picked up another printer this week, it was “broken” kept throwing “Heating Failed errors” in troubleshooting found a couple of badly soldered joints in the thermistor and heat cartridge wires (ohms meters don’t lie and resistance was double what it should have been across the circuit) where an attempt had been made to replace them, further it appears the 24v versions were used in a 12v system. On this printer they sell the entire hot end and cable assembly pretty cheaply so I just replaced it all and it’s working perfectly!

This printer (Creality CR-10s) has a larger print volume that will allow us to print full sized helmets in one piece! Coming next week we will have an AMAZING new selection of licensed products that include some Helmets we can’t wait to show you!!!

Happy Monday all! Little update, slowly getting things ready to be added to the store, Including this one of a kind prototype now in the store. The minis page store is still in fights with facebook's AI to be approved and No One can explain why, but as soon as the hurdle is crossed we will start getting mini's listed in that store! October is going to be a REALLY BIG month for both Crow Worx and Crow Worx Minis! Stay tuned and bare with us while we grow! IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING YOU WANT MADE IN TIME FOR HALLOWEEN TIME IS RAPIDLY RUNNING OUT TO MAKE YOUR REQUEST!
