We were thrilled to be back at the Paristown Roots R***e, providing the full production support to keep the music sounding sharp and the stage looking great. From the audio and lighting to the staging and scenic rigging, the Axxis team was on-site ensuring every note hit just right.

A huge shout-out to our hardworking crew for their technical precision and long hours making this year’s festival an unforgettable experience.

Be Our Guest for a look at the magic behind the scenes! 🌹

It was such a treat for the Axxis team to provide the lighting and video technical production for Kenwood Station Elementary School’s production of “Beauty and the Beast”. We loved working to light up the stage and handle the video tech, ensuring that every moment was nothing short of enchanting.

Seeing all the pieces come together to bring this classic tale to life was truly a tale as old as time. Huge congratulations to the cast, crew, and teachers for their hard work—you certainly stunned the audience and proved that there is beauty in every detail of the performance!

Southern Baptist Theological Seminary Spring Commencement.

🧱This one was a full custom environment. To match the iconic campus architecture, we designed a custom brick scenic look to integrate seamlessly with the historic campus surroundings.

⚙️Custom Truss Structures: Built specifically to house our massive LED video walls & flying speaker stacks

🏗️Precision Movement: Utilized motorized lifts for the LED walls & audio arrays to ensure perfect positioning

🪨Solid foundation: We deployed 24 of our own 3,000 pound concrete blocks (72,000 pounds total!) to provide a rock-solid, safe anchor for the entire rig.

🖼️Protecting the Seminary’s beautiful lawn was a top priority. We utilized turf tires on all forklifts to ensure the grounds remained pristine, leaving the lawn exactly how we found it.

A huge shoutout to our 29-person crew who worked tirelessly through a 3-day setup to make this happen.

Precision, power, and respect for the venue—that’s the Axxis way.

The road to Omaha runs through Louisville! ⚾️🔴⚫️

We’re thrilled to have produced the Lead Off Dinner for the University of Louisville Men’s Baseball team. It was an incredble night at the Louisville Marriott Downtown,
bringing together the 2026 squad, alumni, and player families (the real MVP’s of behind-the-scenes support) to kick off what’s sure to be an electric season.

From the custom staging to the high-energy visuals, our team at Axxis loved setting the stage for Coach McDonnell and the Cards.

Earlier this month, Axxis was back in the Big Easy, handling the full production for the Jazz Education Network (JEN) Conference!

Our journey with JEN started over ten years ago in Louisville. Since then, we’ve traveled the country together, and it’s been incredible to watch this community grow and bring more people into the world of jazz.

Jazz is a masterclass in precision, and we believe the production should be just as sharp as the musicians who have mastered the craft. 🥁🙌

That's a wrap on Gordon Food Service Annual Meeting at Louisville Marriott Downtown! We really pushed the boundaries of event tech for this one—it wasn't just a setup; it was a total environment. 📽️🎤

The focus of this show was scale and customization. We utilized extensive projection surfaces to create a massive visual canvas for GFS's messaging, paired with a custom lighting design built from the ground up to match the energy of each session.

When the house lights go down, the room truly comes to life. Proud to partner with GFS to bring this vision to reality!

A huge congratulations to the 10 newest Cardinals inducted into the University of Louisville Hall of Fame! 🔴⚫️

We had a blast producing the University of Louisville Hall of Fame induction at the KFC Yum! Center! We leaned into the creative challenge of reimagining this space, and thanks to a great collaboration with the venue and the Louisville Cardinals team, the night was a massive success. From lighting to layout, we worked to ensure the 10 newest Hall of Famers had a backdrop as impressive as their athletic careers.

Congratulations to all the inductees—it was a privilege to help tell your story!🏀🏊🏼‍♂️⚾️🏈🥍🏐🏑⚽️
