**OUR KIDS ARE GROWING UP ONLINE. WE NEED TO GROW WITH THEM.**

Right now, Meta is facing a landmark federal trial brought by 29 states over allegations involving children, social media safety and the way Facebook and Instagram are designed.

The conversation is getting bigger — but parents still have to figure out what this looks like **inside our own homes.**

How much privacy is healthy? When do we step in? How do we set boundaries without shutting our kids down? And how do we raise confident kids who make good choices when we aren’t watching?

That’s why I created **SOCIAL READY**, a two-part live workshop series for parents + kids.

**PART ONE: GROWING UP ONLINE**
Social media, confidence, privacy, boundaries, safety, relationships and parent/child communication.

**September 1 | 5:00 PM ET**

**PART TWO: INDUSTRY READY**
For young talent + their parents — social media cleanup, personal branding, reputation, safety, industry etiquette and building a professional online presence without losing the kid behind it.

**Each workshop is $65 per family.**
60 minutes + 30 minutes for questions and conversation.
Space is limited to **15 families per session.**

The Glaeser Group is shifting!

Not in a “new logo, new us” kind of way.
But in a very real-to-me-and-my-team kind of way.

Over the last few years, the direction of The Glaeser Group has become increasingly clear—leaning further into the work we do best, the relationships we’ve built, and the industries where our experience and strategy have made the greatest impact.

Our partnership with Applause International has given us years to learn, listen, build relationships, and better understand the performing arts and fashion industries from the inside. And during that time, we haven’t just been watching talent grow — we’ve been part of helping them build what surrounds the talent.

We’ve coached personal brands. Built websites. Cleaned up social media. Helped talent understand how they present themselves online. Created marketing strategies and professional materials. And we’ve had the privilege of watching folks we’ve worked with start booking, growing, getting noticed, and stepping further into their careers.

Somewhere along the way, The Glaeser Group became a trusted resource in this industry for the digital side of talent — the branding, marketing, positioning, websites, strategy, and all of the stuff that happens behind the scenes before someone ever walks into the room.

And I’ve realized…I LOVE that space.

So…we’re evolving.

Most things will stay. And some completely new things are coming soon!.

I’m not spilling all of it yet, but by October 2026, The Glaeser Group is going to look a little different — and a whole lot more like where we believe it was always headed.

And a huge thank you to our team for staying in it, staying connected, and sticking with us through a year that has had plenty of ups and downs.

At the core of everything I do is my adoration for humanity—helping people see what’s possible within themselves, build something real around what they’re capable of, move forward with confidence, and learn to see themselves—and be seen by others—the way they want to be seen.

Lives will change even more.

As a marketing firm - that works with a ton of artists in the performing arts and fashion industries - we always are excited when new talent comes through. And of course - I have a big dream of doing the marketing/site for a known celebrity some day.
