At Pivotel America Inc., we strive to serve our customers to the best of our abilities, not only through innovative products and services but also with amazing customer care. We believe that by serving our customers they are able to make the most of their satellite airtime. Our customer service team works to assist the customer from a free satellite communications consultation to the connecting their airtime and email services to providing tech support for their satellite services and devices.

Part of the Pivotel Advantage is the suite of products and services we provide, but a bigger part is our focus on customer care. We have SelfCare, a customer portal where the customer can view their airtime bills, set up auto payments, and configure spend alerts for their satellite data usage. Customers get free calling to the customer care team to get tech support or ask questions about their airtime.

Pivotel released airtime plans in late 2018 with free US numbers that allowed the customer to receive free incoming calls. Free US numbers on satellite airtime plans mean that anyone calling into a satellite number will not have to pay the outrageous fees from $8-15 per minute. Instead, calling to a US number from a US number is free, saving both the customer and the person calling the customer money.
