WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Perform diagnostics and conducts repairs in a timely fashion
• Stage repaired devices in appropriate areas
• Perform general cleaning of work area to ensure safety and discards all scrap material
• Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior experience diagnosing, troubleshooting or repairing laptop computers preferred
• Knowledge of repair techniques (disassemble/swap parts/soldering)
• Knowledge of process flows to include flow charts and written processes
• Work at our onsite location in Louisville, Kentucky
