Meet Kat & Steve!!

They both work from home a lot, and unfortunately, their current Internet provider was not doing them justice. After countless hours on the phone, trying to fix their Internet issues, Kat was referred to us to help solve their Internet, qualms.

We got them hooked up with AT&T Fiber 1 Gig 🙌🏾. Bye Bye to internet issues ✌🏾.

Thanks Kat & Steve for trusting us to handle your Internet and networking services. ♥️

SUNDAY FUNDAY!!! Meet Bekki! Bekki called us on Saturday morning. Her house had been struck by lightning and all of her providers cable boxes and Internet router had been damaged and were no longer working. We usually do NOT work Sundays under any circumstances, however for this long term customer, whose husband I just gotten home from the hospital, we made a special exception.

We quickly ran Bekki to T-Mobile and got T-Mobile home Internet service set up at her home. We then signed her up for Directv Stream and downloaded the app to her smart tv, and Viola!, they had tv and internet service back up and running. Not only that, but they’re saving $77 per month. Another example of customer service the way it should be.

Bekki, thank you for trusting us with your tv & Internet service. We look forward to supporting all of your customer service needs in the future.

Another satisfied customer! Meet Kendra! She is having ADT security installed and her current Internet provider did not have sufficient upload speeds for her cameras to work. We installed T-Mobile Home Internet service and now all of her security devices will work sufficiently and consistently!! Thank you Kendra for trusting us with your Internet service needs🙏🏾.

PS…the cat in the background is just as creepy as it looks 😂 👻

Meet Mr. Kozuch! Mr. Kozuch was paying too much for his Tv & internet providers. He was paying $162 for tv and $60 for internet that was under 100mbps. We installed Directv Stream and T-Mobile Home Internet for Mr. Kozuch and he is now paying $127 for tv and only $30 for internet that tested at 727mbps 🙌🏾 🙌🏾. He was pleased with our service and we were happy to help him hit this home run in savings $$$. ⚾️

If you live in Bradford Mills LOFTS on Oak St. and Reutlinger Avenue, this is your PSA!!

This apartment complex is contracted with a local ISP (Internet service provider) called DISCERNITY and they claim this is the ONLY internet service you can use in this living community. They offer high speed internet at extremely high prices:

20mbps for $29.99
125mbps for $54.99
250 mbps for $74.99
500mbps for $109.99

One of our repeat customers currently moved into this apartment complex. She called to see if there was anything we could do to give her high-speed Internet at a more reasonable price. We were able to give her T-Mobile home Internet for $50 per month, and as you can see, the speeds were testing at 800mbps+

If you live in BRADFORD MILLS LOFTS give us a call at (502) 267-4130 and get better internet at a much more affordable price!

Meet Tom & Mac, the Belgian Malinois. Tom is a long time customer and was ready to simplify the way he accesses all of his streaming services and live TV. Tom’s current Tv provider’s price increases to $194 per month. I switched Tom over to Directv Stream. He is now saving $74 per month and can access his live tv and all of his streaming services with his voice remote. Thank you Tom for once again trusting us with your Tv service needs!

Aren’t they just too cute?! These are Eddie & Melissa’s fur babies. They were hamming it up the whole time while we performed a full overhaul on their human parents’ tv & Internet services. Eddie & Melissa have AT&T Fiber Internet 1000 and Satellite Tv service. When we tested their Internet speed, they were only getting 93.6mbps. We narrowed the issue down to their outdated AT&T router and their outdated TP link mesh network.

We contacted AT&T and had them send Eddie and Melissa an updated router, we also had Eddie and Melissa purchase a new eero mesh network system. After installing the new AT&T, router and mesh network, we tested their Internet at 790mbps. We also changed them from their satellite TV service over to the new Directv Stream service. They were very excited to have their live TV and all of their streaming services all on one device with seamless transition.

To top everything off, we will able to save them over $75 per month!! Thank you Eddie and Melissa for trusting us with your TV and Internet services.
