Our Los Gatos location was established in 1986 as Silicon Solutions and built a reputation for friendly, quality service. Pro-2-Call formed in October of 2002. Our outgoing staff are knowledge based experts in the technology field and can explain complicated problems in simple terms. We offer better service and value to our customers than our competitors or big box stores. Our clients agree and our business grows by word of mouth. In August of 2003 we acquired Silicon Solutions, combining forces to provide premier service while retaining our core values and goals. As the years have progressed we have grown our staff and reach. Aside from computer sales and repairs in our Los Gatos depot we continue to focus on providing computer and network services to small businesses with a focus on outstanding customer service throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Many of our customers have been affected by the CZU Lightning Complex fires. Evacuations orders have been lifted for some areas and some people are returning to see what condition their properties are in. Our hearts go out to you all. If you have electronic storage devices like hard drives and solid state devices that were damaged by Smoke, Fire or Water - Please contact us ASAP to ensure the best chance of data recovery.

Pro-2-Call is OPEN. Our staff are working from home until at least 5/4 Our Repair Depot in Los Gatos is closed until 5/4, except by appointment as our Depot Manager is on family leave bonding with his newborn son. If you need help or assistance with working remotely - we are here to help. We can help you remotely and if necessary in person if the work allows you to work from home, our business is exempted by the closure order. Our toy drive for Toys For Tots is on until December 15th - please stop by and donate a new unwrapped toy. Pro-2-Call along with all the other stores in the strip mall are accepting toys! Your donation will be delivered to the Marines for distribution to a deserving child or teen. You can drop your donation at 15699 Los Gatos Blvd, Los Gatos or any open retailer in the strip mall.

One of our customers had a unique way to clean her laptop. Hint, next time you go on vacation, don't hide the laptop in the laundry basket and then forgot. We will be attempting a data recovery soon and we will try not to laugh.
