Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product (for e-commerce purchases). The item must remain unused and in resellable condition. For non-quality issues, customers bear the return shipping cost. ATZEBE will cover the re-delivery cost for exchanged products. Invoices and free gifts (if any) must be returned together.
