REMOTE ONLY POSITION - Growing IT Provider in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an additional remote Level 1-2+ Helpdesk technician to join our team. Must have excellent organization, good English, and the ability to work 9am-5pm Pacific Time. You will provide remote desktop support (must have own computer to start) over the phone, SMS, or email. While there will be lots of simple level 1 tickets there will plenty of nice level 2+ challenges in all sorts of tech arear.
Minimum required knowledge:
- Ticketing systems
- Networking
- Windows/Mac
- Active Directory
- MS Office
- General office equipment (printers, scanners, etc)
- Backup systems
- VoIP
- Google Workspace and O365
- CCTV knowledge is bonus, but can train.
Salary depends on experience (7.300 to 10.000+ RON/mo).
