🎉 Celebrating National Small Business Week 2025
From May 4–10, 2025, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) commemorated National Small Business Week (NSBW), a tradition since 1963 that recognizes the vital contributions of America's entrepreneurs and small business owners.
What is NSBW?
NSBW is an annual event that celebrates the resilience, innovation, and economic impact of small businesses across the nation. It includes a variety of activities such as educational workshops, networking events, and award ceremonies to honor outstanding small business achievements.
Why it matters?
Economic Impact: Small businesses account for 99.9% of all U.S. businesses and are responsible for creating two out of every three new jobs.
Innovation and Community: They drive innovation, support local communities, and contribute significantly to the nation's GDP.
How to Get Involved:
Attend SBA Events: Participate in workshops and seminars offered during NSBW to gain valuable insights and resources.
Support Local Businesses: Shop local and promote small businesses in your community.
Share Your Story: If you're a small business owner, share your journey to inspire others and highlight the importance of small enterprises.
