What a week at Silvus HQ!

We just wrapped up a week-long onboarding and training summit at our Los Angeles headquarters, hosting our newest US and international sales and support team members. The energy and collaboration across our global team was unmatched.

The comprehensive itinerary was designed to align our teams and accelerate our global deployment capabilities:

- Production Scaling: An inside look at our expanded manufacturing operations
- Technical Deep Dives: Interactive classroom sessions paired with intensive, hands-on radio field training
- Next-Gen Roadmap: An exclusive preview of the product pipeline and technology innovations

The highlight of the week? A comprehensive Field Demo Day, where the team deployed to locations throughout Los Angeles - to configure, operate, and test StreamCaster MANET radios and MN-MIMO waveform in one of the most congested RF environments in the world. Watching the team collaborate seamlessly to stand up mesh networks in real time was the perfect conclusion to a productive week.
