New year, new office.

We started 2020 off renovating our workspace to be more functional, productive and comfortable. Squad is loving the new digs!

Lots of recruitment agencies teach volume as the way to fill a job e.g., make 50 calls or reach out to X amount of heads. That's a soft way to say none of us know what we are doing so the more we do, the better the chance of results. Not over here. Time, while an illusion, is essential, let's not waste it.

I like to think of a quote from Barbershop (shouts Ice Cube) "It's better to measure a thing 10 times and cut once."

Know what you are recruiting for, know what you are recruiting on, believe in the companies you are recruiting for, believe in the people you recruit, and all else falls in line.
