Gold! 3x! We're thrilled to share that our client Kennedy Wilson and their Innovation Protocol team have won Gold in this year's TITAN Property Awards across three categories – brand strategy, brochure design, and website design.

IP partnered with Kennedy Wilson to create a brand system for a new luxury commercial property located at 136 El Camino Drive in Beverly Hills. We crafted a narrative, logo, website, and brochure that helped drive the sale of the property - one of the highest price-per-square-foot office sales in Beverly Hills!

Your company has a lot to say. Here are two ways your organization can maximize its messaging to resonate with customers.

First: Don’t cram all your value onto a single channel. Ideally, your audience doesn't just hear from you once, so build up your messaging across multiple channels – your website, socials, partner sites, tradeshows, and other in-person and digital touchpoints – so you have multiple opportunities to touch and engage your audiences.

Second: Prioritize your high-impact messages. Focus on the higher-order, emotional benefit that you offer your customers, rather than the specific nuances of how your products or services function. For example, talk about “accelerating business growth”, and then how your “insights-driven platform” enables that. In other words – don’t delete the technology. Just don't make it the marquee.

So much has changed over the last couple of years. The way we connect with loved ones and co-workers has shifted and so has the way we connect with brands. Just as we supported clients in seizing this moment as an opportunity to reimagine what’s possible, we’ve done the same within our IP walls. We’ve asked ourselves, each other, and our clients: how could WE make everything we do more meaningful, strategic, durable, and FUN? How could we bottle up the way we build brands in a way that captures our tangible business value AND our authentic spirit?
