One of the key things to look for when buying an Intel PC for your business is the Intel CPU's generation.
Kind of like the CPU version of new series of iPhone and Galaxy phones, newer generations are always better in terms of performance and features. And just like with phones, if you can stand not to have the latest-and-greatest, you can usually get a pretty darn good deal on PCs with last gen/series's models when the new ones are released.
You can tell the generation (if it isn't listed) by the CPU model number - something like i5-13###X.
