Each Silver 17 is handcrafted from the inside out.
Mic bodies are machined on manual lathes. The custom edge terminated capsule is cut with careful precision.
The transformer is hand wound and the circuit is assembled on a stacked disk design with meticulous point to point circuitry.

Itโ€™s a long process, but the result is a beautiful instrument made to inspire.

The vocalist I was recording is an exceptional singer to begin with, and this mic did a fantastic job of capturing her vocal in a way that felt like she was singing in front of me when played back."
