Description: The TELEport and Mini TELEport combine to create a fully-functional, closed-circuit, multi-line telephony ITC system. I have named this direct voice method of Instrumental Trans-Communication "Instrumental Telephonic Communication." Researching sub-band coding and quantization noise in specific audio codecs on a modified multi-line Hybrid IP-PBX telephony system is one of many practical examples highlighting key aspects of how "The Others" communication is received in our dimension by our human senses. My original theory states the point where wave superposition occurs from particle energy transfer creates constructive interference to form a resultant wave. The resultant wave comprises of the determinant frequencies containing the intelligent trans-communication we perceive as sound (pressure wave) or light (electromagnetic wave).

How does this work?

A modified multi-line Hybrid IP-PBX Telephony System (TELEport) and SLT Circuit (Mini TELEport) offer several ways in which direct voice ITC can be identified and observed.

1) Engage intense signal focusing via the Zero-Gain Stall ITC device of Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) and Code-Excited Linear Prediction (CELP) Codecs and their respective sampling frequencies:

G.711 8 Bit / 8 kHz / 64-112 kbit/s
G.718 16 Bit / 8 kHz, 16 kHz / 8-32 kbit/s
G.723.1 16 Bit / 8 kHz / 5.3 kbit/s
G.729 16 Bit / 8 kHz / 8 kbit/s
G.729 (A, B, AB) 16 Bit / SRC 6 kHz, 12 kHz / 8 kbit/s

2) Create an ideal communicative environment via Analog to Digital / A/D/A/D Conversion, I/O Channel Summing / Bussing, and Timing Relay Delays within system architecture:

This mode allows TELEport / Mini Teleport to act as a literal instrument, permitting the operator to engage frequencies, resonances, noise, tone generators, test oscillators, time manipulation, and any combination here within via conversion and multi-line routing.

3) Initiate Third Party Calling / Systems Activation:

This mode allows phone calls to be transmitted and received systemwide via TELEport and its 10 hybrid terminal extensions. Internal calls between private intercom terminals are online and active, with the ability to observe changes in millivolts (mV) | microvolts (uV) within the system architecture and individual lines. The closed-circuit system assures no outside calls or contamination can impact audible results.
