Today marks the 77th anniversary of the Nakba (النكبة) — “catastrophe” in Arabic; where over 750,000 Palestinians were violently displaced in 1948, erasing hundreds of villages turning them into rubble. The Nakba is not in the past, it still continues today through ongoing occupation, apartheid, and the Palestinian right to return, which is still denied after 77 years.

May we witness a Free Palestine in our lifetime انشالله 🤍
