I brought in our Xbox after I tried everything I could. I was sure it was going to be an in depth repair or need a ton of expensive parts replaced.

The techs at Gadget Medic did a fantastic job of communicating, and even gave us upgrade options when they found out it was a simple fix.

It ended up costing significantly less than the original estimate, they even gave us a discount because of a promotion they had going on we didn't know about.

The customer service and quality of repair was top notch, and it only took them a few days to get it back to us. We'll definitely be going back for any electronic repairs in the future.
