As of January 1st 2022, 3g phones will no longer work on any service . If your phone is a 3g phone or you are getting a message from your carrier that you need to upgrade . Please do this before January 1st . We have been advised some older 4g phones will also be removed if you are unsure about your phone please call your provider and give them the model and imei # of your phone .

Just to update everyone that is still experiencing service issues with their hotspots . Either no service or slow service . All service still has not been restored due to the explosion . This may be on going for some time.

It is being reported that AT&T is experiencing a service outage due to the Christmas morning blast in Nashville.

From AT&T:
AT&T Internet is down across the region, as a transmission center was impacted by the Christmas day bombing in downtown Nashville. It was running on 3 of 5 backup natural gas generators - gas lines have now been shut off for safety. 4-6 hours is the ETA for restoration.

UPDATE: The entire service area is out for AT&T internet, as the data center was operating on natural gas generators, but the gas lines were turned off last hour for safety.

Due to the bombing this morning in Nashville,Tn near the AT&T building, AT&T is experiencing a massive outage the cell service.

Att towers are currently down in a lot of areas due to the snow . This will affect the hotspots , h20 and att prepaid service also. There is no estimate time frame as to when they will be back up .

Doing free activations on verizon prepaid 65.00 plan and h20 60.00 all you pay for is the plan and in a lot of cases on the verizon prepaid plan if you have a sim card we can do the activation over the phone . Also free activaton on the verizon prepaid 70.00 hotspot plan .

I have hotspots available with unlimited data . If you wanting one please message me asap . Soon they are going to be doing away with the unlimited data. If you are active on the service it will stay as long as you pay your bill . But no new activations will be available . ( restrictions on excessive usage or abuse)

We have been having issues with our phones lines for a while now. I'm in the process of switching service . We were told we may not be able to keep the same phone number . So until we get the issue resolved or a new provider please call 6o6 -622-2368 or 606-309-6482

FYI.... on hotspots plan due dates . These are prepaid plans and are to be paid on or before your due date . If you do not pay on your due date the service will end and at that point if you are on an unlimited plan and you renew its a possibility you will drop down to a limited plan . We were only given a limited amount of the truly unlimited plans . The stipulation was the accounts were to be put on auto pay . I have not enforced this since most people don't get paid on the same day each month . I have had some issues with people not paying avoiding my calls and messages to pay their accounts and they have not been cut off due to they would lose their unlimited service and those same people have made a habit of this for months . So I am going to enforce the rules of this service and I know this comes at a hard time for everyone but when you have 10 to 20 people each month and the same people you have to call and text numerous times to pay . It takes a lot of time away from what I could be doing and its costing me extra money . So at this point on the service will disconnect and I can not promise when you do pay that you will be put back on the unlimited service .

FYI... we have been asked and as far as we know the carriers are not at this time offering any deferments on your plan due dates since the service is prepaid . If you don't pay then the service ends until you do pay . Contract service is offering to not disconnect your service if you don't pay for at least 30 days . But that does not mean the bill is not due , you will just get one larger bill . My understanding you do have to call them . Every carrier is different and ever contact carrier may offer something different . And please be advised we sell the service we are the actual carrier we have no control over extending due dates that is left up to the carrier .
