It is finally that time I pull back from the day to day operations so with that said we are searching for the right person to take over and run the day to day operations for TOGA Underground

You will be responsible for the hiring and firing, daily scheduling of subcontractors for the dispatcher to dispatch, daily communication between customer and our subcontractors via email and phone, ensuring all job deadlines are met, ensuring quality is met, ensuring all permits and locates are completed, and all day to day operations.

I will be doing the 1st set of phone interviews and Rhonda will be doing the final interviews.

Frontier:
Columbus, Medina, Toledo (need 2), Dayton, Ashland, Delaware, Tipp City, West Milton

AT&T:
Springfield, Denial, Dayton, Columbus

Brightspeed:
Decatur, IN (and a few scattered areas in Ohio)

Have an immediate need to bring in another 8 subcontractors!!! Be your own boss. Lots of freedom and excellent money. Supply your own van, suv, or truck and we supply everything else plus training. Pays $70 a drop (Frontier), Brightspeed pays by the foot and averages out to be higher. We expect you to do atleast 7 to 10 drops a day (you can easily do 10 a day). You do the math. 10 drops a day at $70 a drop for 5 days a week is $3,500. If you are a hustler you can do many more. Hire a helper if needed. Our average drops take about 30 mins to complete. Paid weekly, only 1 week held back. Year round work.
