NobleTec had a fantastic experience attending the ILA Annual Conference 2026 in Peoria, Illinois. Over the two-day event, Michael McEachnie and Larry Rienton had the opportunity to connect with industry leaders, exchange ideas, and learn about the latest trends shaping our industry.

Events like these are invaluable for building relationships, sharing best practices, and discovering new ways to help our customers succeed. Thank you to the organizers, speakers, and everyone who took the time to meet with us throughout the conference.

📢 NEW EMPLOYEE ANNOUNCEMENT!
We’re excited to welcome Jiovan Herrera to the NobleTec LLC team!
Jiovan is a recent graduate of Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!), where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a focus on Information Security.
During his time in college, he gained valuable hands-on IT experience through an internship, where he worked within an IT department providing help desk support and managing support tickets. With a strong foundation in information security and IT, he’s excited to begin his professional career at NobleTec LLC.
He’s looking forward to learning from our talented team, gaining new knowledge, and growing alongside his colleagues.
We’re thrilled to have him on board and can’t wait to see all that he accomplishes!
A few fun facts: He’s a huge fan of IU sports, especially football and basketball, and when he’s not cheering on the Hoosiers, you can probably find him on the golf course.

At NobleTec, we are truly grateful for the opportunity to support and participate in this amazing event that brings together great people for an even greater cause. Events like these remind us how powerful our community can be when businesses, partners, and individuals come together to make a positive impact.

For Larry Rienton and Brandon Huxhold, this outing has become a yearly tradition and one that they look forward to every year. It is always a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry peers, strengthen relationships, enjoy a great day on the course, and most importantly, support a meaningful cause.

Thank you to the KLA team for organizing such a first-class event at Dearborn County Club and for allowing NobleTec to be part of it once again. We are excited to continue supporting this outstanding tradition for years to come.

Mariz brings nearly 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a diverse background in customer service, technical support, sales, and collections. Her experience has helped her develop strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. She enjoys getting to know customers, understanding their needs, and creating positive experiences that build trust and lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Mariz enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, going for runs, working out, and taking weekend trips to relax and recharge.

We are excited to welcome Caren Sotto to the NobleTec LLC team as our new Business Development Representative!

Caren brings several years of experience in the BPO industry, with a diverse background working in sales, customer service, lead generation, and appointment setting. Her experience working with different types of customers has helped her become adaptable, confident, and comfortable communicating with people from different backgrounds.

Outside of work, Caren enjoys playing games on her PC, grabbing coffee and relaxing with friends, and spending quality time with her family.
She is always open to learning new things, taking on challenges, and creating new opportunities for growth.

Thank you to the Michaels Educational Foundation for including NobleTec in the Annual Michaels Educational Foundation Golf Classic in New Jersey on August 26, 2026. It was a fantastic event, very well organized, and an incredible value.
Lawrence Troemel, CEO of NobleTec, Larry Rienton, VP of Sales, and Michelle Foster, Senior Account Manager, had a great time on the course, met a lot of great people, and enjoyed the opportunity to connect with the community.
We truly appreciate the invitation and the hospitality. It was a great event for a great cause, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s golf classic!

A big thank you to GMIS Illinois for including NobleTec LLC in this year's Summer Social at Impact Field!
It was a fantastic evening of networking, great conversations, and connecting with fellow technology and public sector professionals in a relaxed and fun environment. Events like these help strengthen relationships across our industry and create valuable opportunities to collaborate and learn from one another.
The NobleTec LLC team, including Tahece Clayborn, Mark Rhodes, and Phillip Hanson, had a blast connecting with our friends from GMIS while enjoying an evening of baseball and networking.
