Bukovel Adventures 🏞️
Our ApexTech team had an unforgettable team-building experience in the beautiful Bukovel! We managed to balance work and play, coming together in a coworking space where we felt the buzz of collaboration, and then headed out to make the most of our mountain surroundings.

We went all in:
🛞 Quad biking and go-karting
🏞 Hiking through the scenic trails
🏊 Relaxing by the pool
It was an epic trip full of team bonding, thrilling activities, and plenty of fun! These moments are what bring us closer and fuel us for the challenges ahead. Here’s to more incredible adventures together! 🚀

Madeira Trip 🏔

Our back office team had an unforgettable team-building experience in the Madeira! We met with our client, explored the island, and had an absolute blast. 🚗💨 An epic road trip with the top down – the wind in our hair and the sun on our faces made for a thrilling ride! Breathtaking views, crazy fun, and lots of laughter.

It was a fantastic way to strengthen our team bond and create memories that will last a lifetime. Here's to more adventures and collaborations! 🌍🤝

The first months of 2024 have been incredibly powerful 🚀

At the beginning of this year, one of our most stable partners (we've been collaborating for 10 years now🔥) came to us with a request to form more teams for a new subproject they are launching. Each team should represent the “squad” based on the Spotify Model. Did you hear about that? If not, we could do some posts about that.

Naturally, our new recruiter was a bit shocked 😅 but she was also highly motivated to take on this challenge! By the end of April, the teams were assembled, and in May, they started. This effort was coordinated between the entire ApexTech back office team and the client. We are thrilled with our structured and constructive processes that yield such amazing results 🎉

As promised, we're starting to share updates from the ApexTech team that have occurred while we've been absent from social media and were working hard on developing our projects and the company as a whole!

So, we are happy to introduce our new recruiter - Yana 🙂 Your first point of contact!

She joined the team at the beginning of January 2024 and started actively closing vacancies in the first weeks. Like ApexTech, Yana is originally from Kharkiv but currently lives in Ivano-Frankivsk. She has around 5 years of experience in Recruiting and is truly passionate about what she does. She easily and enthusiastically documented the entire recruitment process and has closed 13 vacancies in the past six months.

Alongside her work, Yana is actively engaged in Yoga, so in the future, we will share her insights on how you can use Yoga for your benefit and be even more productive and joyful at the same time 🤓

We are back! 🎉
We've been away for a while, but we're back with exciting updates and new content!

These past six months have been incredibly eventful:
• Our team has grown significantly (yes, even more talented rock stars have joined us 🙂)
• We've had two amazing team-building events (one in Ivano-Frankivsk and the other in Madeira)
• We spent time together online, playing Poker and MadHead Games.
• We continue to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, especially in the Kharkiv direction.
• We took courses and gained new knowledge and certifications.
• We ran marathons and participated in motocross competitions.
• We met our partners, worked together, explored the area, had picnics, and went out for dinners (Our partners are our friends, and we enjoy the time spent together).

Of course, it is just a part of all that happened during these six months! We are happy to tell you more, so stay with us and get the company's insights first.

📢 Сьогодні про свою подорож до Швеції розповідає Denis Seleznyov, PM&QA Head в ApexTech.

“Це вже 33 країна яку я відвідав 🔥. Мій добрий друг наразі живе у маленькому містечку поряд зі Стокгольмом 😊. Якось він пообіцяв пригостити мене скандинавською кавою ☕, і от довелося проїхатись за нею аж до Швеції.

Це була невеличка три-денна подорож на вихідні, але вражень назбирали набагато більше 🎉.

👉 Після сонячної і навіть спекотної Польші 🏖️ першим, що спало на око, була сіра погода із постійним дощем. Кажуть, що тут це взагалі окей і ніхто не виходить на вулицю не взявши парасолі 🥲 Також дуже дивне враження справила архітектура. Дуже незвичайно бачити велику кількість будівель у стилі конструктивізму в країні, в якій ніколи не було Радянського Союзу. Суміш класичної архітектури і конструктивізму залишає неоднозначні відчуття. Начебто і гарно, але і не сказати що, щось неймовірне порівняно з іншими столицями Європи. Їжа. Вона тут не дуже різноманітна і порівняння з кулінарними країнами доволі проста, мітболи, риба, пюрешка і таке інше.

📍 Але головною темою, заради якої я хотів приїхати у Швецію був - Лагом…
