📦 Important Update for PostBase Mailing System Users

Starting June 18, 2025, USPS will require full 5-digit ZIP codes and package dimensions for the following services:

• Priority Mail
• Priority Mail Express
• USPS Ground Advantage

Previously, only the first 3 ZIP digits and dimensions for large boxes were needed. These updates aim to improve USPS delivery accuracy and efficiency.

✅What to Expect:
• IMI machines will auto-update via nightly connection
• IBI machines must run a zero reset or remote service

This is a great time to explore FP Parcel Shipping, which offers savings, tracking, and reporting—features not available with standard postage meters.
