Honored to meet up with Kannon Cravey and the field supervisor team at Romex Pest Control last week.

We walked through their road performance and safety journey, including why they moved beyond legacy telematics to TRUCE® and one connected platform that brings together automatic mobile device policy management, telematics, behavior scoring and coaching, and AI dashcams.

A few things stood out. Automatic employee-to-vehicle assignment makes effective coaching possible at scale. It was also clear how much their employees have taken ownership of their own driving performance - driving scores and gamification on their phones have created healthy competition across the teams.
