Part 2 - The farmhouse basement. All the network gear was plugged into an outlet tied to the main basement light switch, so flipping the lights off killed WiFi for the whole house! We cleaned up the wiring and mounted a proper rack with a network-grade PDU, giving the equipment dedicated, always-on power. No more mystery outages!

Part 1 - Big network upgrade out on the farm this week! We swapped out their aging EdgeRouter for a new Ubiquiti Gateway and realigned the point-to-point radios connecting the buildings. Faster, more reliable connectivity across the whole property now. 📡
