We call current Samsung customers and do ask questions about either a repair they had done, or a telephone call they made to the support center. The calls are very straight forward, our longest survey is about 7-8 questions long. Normal call duration is about 2-3 minutes. They have to be self-motivated and are performance driven. Something equally important is the agents reliability. Attendance plays a big part on Samsung.
