I’m looking to bring a few motivated people into the telecom industry.
At CKH Technology Services, we provide cloud based phone systems to small and mid sized businesses across the United States. As we grow, I’m opening a small number of Entry Level VoIP Sales Trainee positions.
This is not a traditional job with a base salary.
This opportunity for someone who wants to learn B2B sales in the telecom and technology space and is willing to put in consistent effort.
You will work directly with a Sales Manager and learn how to:
• Reach out to business owners
• Understand how companies manage their phone systems
• Present modern cloud communication solutions
• Build and manage your own pipeline
You do not need years of experience.
What you do need is:
• Coachability
• Professional communication
• Willingness to make outreach calls and follow up
• Comfort with commission based income
If you are early in your career, currently in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center role and feel ready for something more structured and growth oriented, this could be a strong entry point.
We are building this carefully and intentionally.
