Suppressor Update(s):
Weāve had several customers ask whether they can now walk out with a suppressor because of the recent Silencer Shop / ATF ruling.
At this time, we are continuing business as usual until there is clearer guidance for FFLs and SOTs in Oregon.
There is a lot of information moving around online right now, and not all of it is accurate. From what we understand so far, the ruling has important limitations, there are still questions about who it applies to, how transfers should be handled, how ATF will treat existing NFA inventory, and how this interacts with state-level requirements.
There are still a lot of gray areas.
We are watching this closely, staying in contact with industry resources, and waiting for more direction before changing our suppressor transfer process.
We know everyone wants a simple answer. We do too.
Until there is more clarity, we are going to handle suppressors the right way: carefully, legally, and with our customersā long-term interests in mind.
Weāll update everyone as we learn more.
