As of this notice, Infinite Protection LTD has no active employees. A transition team has been assembled to identify and document outstanding issues, customer complaints, and any potential remedies available. At this time, we do not have access to the software systems used to operate the security trailers. Unfortunately, the prior team has not provided the necessary credentials and claimed they do not remember the passwords. We are actively working to resolve this situation and regain access so we can assess options and remedies. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause. Our goal is to assess all reported issues and provide solutions where possible. The transition team will review all requests and communicate updates as they become available.

Official Company Announcement from Infinite Protection LTD

To our valued customers and community:
After careful consideration, we are announcing the formal closure of the ongoing business of Infinite Protection LTD, effective immediately.

This difficult decision follows what the company’s Transitional Team, appointed within the last week, now understands has been a prolonged period of internal disruption and operational instability.

Recent reviews and external feedback discovered by the Transitional Team, as well as internal due diligence by the Transitional Team, has exposed gross mismanagement by prior leadership, severely impacting our ability to serve customers,maintain operational integrity, and do business on a going forward basis.

Upon reviewing customer emails, we were taken aback by the depth of frustration, the number of delays, and the volume of unanswered communications. We are sincerely disappointed by what has occurred.

Effective May 21, 2025, we are taking the following actions:
• Ceasing all business activities, other than those activities required to wind down the business of the company and those activities noted below.
• Evaluating and if appropriate taking legal action relating to the conduct of former personnel.
• Documenting unresolved customer concerns and determining what limited remedies may be available.

We recognize the disappointment and disruption this causes. Many of you, like us, placed trust in the former Infinite Protection team. This decision was not made lightly. And, while that decision could have been made and kept silent, the company, its customers, and its business partners deserve better, and the Transitional Team, acting for the company, is making a commitment to transparency, accountability, and doing what can be done to address prior failures within the limitations we now face.

An innocent man lost his life in such a senseless way, and the fact that someone could flee the scene and focus on their own future after taking a life is incomprehensible.
