Is your screen on your phone lifting off of the phone? That usually means the battery inside is swollen or currently swelling and it can break your screen or back on the phone. A Swollen battery is nothing to play with, it can swell such much that it can blow up. Stop by SmartPhone Medic before it does break the front or the back of the device.
