Federated Communications — Dispatch Service Restructuring
Dear Federated Communications Clients,
We are writing to inform you of an important change affecting Federated Communications.
The parent company of Federated Communications, **Federated Global Ventures, LLC, has been sold and is now under new ownership.** As part of the transition, a restructuring effort is currently underway to reorganize operations and ensure that services can be properly supported under the new ownership.
Temporary Suspension of Dispatch Services
As part of this restructuring, **Federated Communications dispatch services will be temporarily suspended effective at 6:00 AM on October 1, 2026.**
This suspension applies specifically to our dispatch operations. We understand the importance of reliable communications to your organization and are working toward restoring dispatch operations as quickly as practical.
Radio Only Service Will Remain Available
Clients who wish to continue using their Federated Communications radios **without dispatch services** may keep their radio service active under a **$30 per month radio-service subscription**.
This subscription may be started at any time after September 30, 2026, and will allow your radio service and devices to remain active while dispatch operations are being restructured.
Dispatch Service WILL Return
Once dispatch operations are fully restored, clients currently maintaining radio service will have the option to resume dispatch services at the same rate they were paying immediately prior to this restructuring, subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement.
Our goal is to make this transition as straightforward as possible while maintaining communications capabilities for our clients during the restructuring process.
