JOB DUTIES:
• Pull inventory and materials for current and upcoming sites, prep trucks and trailers with necessary items to complete site builds
• Transport materials and items to/from job sites/suppliers/etc.
• Understand differences in unfamiliar materials based on a combination of: visual inspection, size, product info, stamped part number, etc. AND be able to sort/separate/group like items accordingly

• Assist with routine fleet maintenance

SUMMARY: The Civil Technician is responsible for supporting his crew during wireless cell site construction. Qualified individuals will have the ability to build a site based on the set of plans, Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Bill of Materials (BOMs) provided.

Candidate must be willing to operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment and machinery on a daily basis in all outdoor weather environments. All duties must be performed in accordance with OSHA and other worker safety standards while keeping high quality, accountability and budget timelines in mind.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work on and around electrical components including but not limited to conduit installations, cabling, grounding, and various connectors.
• Perform form setting and site layout.
• Safely operate heavy machinery for compaction and welding etc. (Preferred not required)
• Perform basic concrete carpentry.
• Prepare materials for daily projects, prep truck and trailer with necessary items to complete scheduled build.
• Successfully complete formal and on-the-job training.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record, ability to pass an observed drug test and background check.
• Ability to work long hours and weekends as well as travel for extended periods of time.
• Maintain and take care of company property and tools.

• Ability to stoop, crawl, bend at knees and waist, and lift up to 75lbs REQUIRED.
• Telecommunications experience ideal.
