Great news for retailers using Lightspeed eCom! Customers can now use their existing store credit balance toward online purchases — not just in-store.

This update helps you:
✅ Keep revenue with your business instead of issuing cash refunds
✅ Give customers more flexibility when shopping
✅ Create a smoother experience across your physical and online store

Customers will see their available store credit at checkout and can easily apply it to their online order.

Still using an Admin account for daily work?
And is it literally named “Admin”?

That’s like leaving the master key under the doormat.

If malware runs under an Administrator login, it can:
• Install silently
• Disable protections
• Lock down your system

Smarter setup looks like this:
✔️ Standard user for daily work
✔️ Separate admin account
✔️ Unique admin name (not “Admin”)
