AI has changed more in the last few months than we expected it to change in years.
We work with AI data every day, and we see closely what models can and cannot do. Even so, this pace surprised us.
Models that struggled with basic tasks not long ago now reason, plan and write code. Systems that once handled a single kind of input now see, listen and read together. And AI is leaving the screen: it is starting to move through real environments, where it has to perceive, decide and act.
As AI becomes more capable, we believe the challenge is shifting from simply making AI more intelligent to making it reliable enough for the real world.
Reliability is not new to us. Reliable, high-quality data has always been at the center of how Kotwel works. What has changed is where we apply it. As AI moves into the physical world, we are bringing that same standard to Physical AI and robotics, and making them our sharpest focus.
Because in a demo, being right most of the time is impressive. On a robot or a vehicle, it is not enough. A mistake becomes an action, and the data behind every action has to be right.
