Why did I choose Matrix MSP, LLC ?

I have built up MSP practices three times before. It was going to take something very interesting to get me to jump back in for a fourth. Matrix MSP, LLC was kind enough to let me peek behind the curtain a little bit before signing on and one thing stood out to me: their tickets/seat ratio. I’ve always been data-driven in my approach to IT and IT’s role serving in the business goals of an organization. The best IT is technology that works in the background for an organization. If IT is being noticed, then it is probably getting in the way of the actual work an organization needs to do. When I got to peek into the ticketing system and run some numbers, Matrix has the lowest ratio of tickets per seat supported of any MSP I have ever seen. I had to join Matrix and find out more about the tech stack they are using for support that results in such stable environments for their customers.

You can have the prettiest website in the world but if no one can find it online how will it help your business?
