Job Description:
Speed Script is a software company that provides pharmacy management systems and services to independent pharmacies and small chains across the United States. We are currently looking for a customer support representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR for Speed Script, you will be responsible for providing our pharmacy customers with software support for our proprietary pharmacy software, which includes our own point-of-sale system built for pharmacies, as well as additional software applications which help run a pharmacy business operation.
The applicant will be required to provide excellent customer service and should have a desire to acquire new knowledge and enhance their skillset.
Responsibilities include:
• Become proficient with Speed Script software and use your knowledge to provide the best possible support to our customers
• Be the first point of contact for Speed Script customers when calling for support and assisting customers with their needs.
• Provide customers with timely, accurate, and complete information on their support cases via various communication channels such as email and phone
• Documenting all customer calls and interactions in our CRM system.
• Escalating calls to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Participate in testing Speed Script software updates, focusing on trying to catch problems before they are released to customers.
• Participate in product enhancements by providing suggestions through the appropriate channels to help improve our customers product experiences
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
• Ability to work as part of a team to resolve customer issues and independently when required
• Proficient in navigating a computer running a Microsoft Windows operating system and using Microsoft Office applications
• A desire to learn and share knowledge with team members and customers
• Be a part of our 24/7 support coverage by being part of an on-call rotation schedule
• Pharmacy experience is preferred but not required.
• Some travel in the future as you grow with the position.
The work hours are 8:30 – 5:00, with some after hours and weekends.
