🎄 What a night to celebrate an incredible year! 🥂

We were so happy to spend time together and kick off the new year at the Rockhill Grill in the Crossroads last month. Even with the chilly weather, the energy was warm as we shared the evening downtown and recognized some standout holiday spirit—congratulations to Jen Rosenblum for Best Dressed and Zach Gardner for Best Holiday Sweater!

We’re incredibly thankful to everyone who came out and helped make the night such a fun and memorable celebration of our team. Cheers to another wonderful year of Keyhole! 🥂✨

In his three-plus years at Keyhole, Evan has effortlessly stepped into leadership roles, earning a reputation as the go-to consultant clients rely on. He’s known for building incredible relationships with the teams he works with—so much so that many clients don’t want to let him go! Whether he’s diving into a new technology or streamlining internal processes, Evan's adaptability and can-do attitude make him an essential part of every project he joins.

A few fun facts about Evan:
📈 Outside of work, he’s passionate about finance—listening to earnings calls, dissecting business models, and even helping friends start investing to build wealth.
🍤 If he could eat one meal for the rest of his life, it would be Japanese hibachi.
🏍️ On his bucket list? Riding motorcycles (he’s already gotten a taste with a Yamaha XT250!).

Meet John Boardman of the !

This week, we’re celebrating John’s 15-year anniversary on our team! With over 35 years of industry experience, John has played a vital role in launching numerous projects and ensuring their success. One standout moment? When an insurance client built their first remote office in Kansas City because John said he’d lead the team. That’s the kind of trust and impact he brings.

John consistently impresses clients with his ability to complete complex tasks on time, mentor fellow developers, and speak up on the best path forward, ensuring the right tools and processes are in place to match their real-world needs. His attention to detail, leadership, and advocacy have made a lasting impact on every team he’s touched.

Fun Facts:
- John’s favorite hobbies are golfing and coding. 🏌
- He has a super high singing voice—think Geddy Lee from Rush or Steve Perry from Journey. 🎤
- He’s a proud dad to three children and two bonus kids from his wife, and he’s about to welcome his fifth grandchild into the world! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Our 2024 Keyhole Holiday Party at Boulevard Brewing Company last week was the perfect way to kick off the Christmas season. With fantastic company, great food + drinks, and plenty of laughter, it was a night to remember. We’re so thankful for our amazing employees who bring their best to everything they do.

Dan is a Solutions Architect and leader with a wealth of expertise in Microsoft Azure and the .NET Framework. He excels in collaborating with product teams and business stakeholders to design and develop modern software solutions. He thrives on tackling new challenges and problem-solving, and he is an excellent mentor, skilled in coaching his team to success.

Fun Fact: Dan enjoys working on small IoT projects. Recently, he's been experimenting with TensorFlow and an ESP32-CAM to create a device that can read non-smart displays and relay the information to his Home Assistant installation for automation.
