Mike will be presenting as a panelist for the Massachusetts Bar Association In-House Counsel Conference on January 27, 2022. The conference theme is "Avoiding Traps for the Unwary".

It will be virtual this year and held live on a remote platform hosted using Zoom to allow interactive discussions and audience questions.

The program will focus on "Avoiding Traps for the Unwary" and present information on current topics of critical concern to clients of in-house and outside corporate counsel. Keynote presenter is Rachael Rollins, Suffolk County District Attorney and the next United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts.

Mr. Corby's panel discussion will focus on current cybersecurity and data privacy issues. He will be joined by panelists Stephanie Helm, Director of the MassCyberCenter; and Jenny Hedderman, Esq., State Risk Counsel, Comptroller of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Topics include: ransomware (to pay or not to pay), implementation of a cybersecurity safety net and other topics of critical interest to in-house counsel.
