The October release is here.

Entrata Pro is now part of the Entrata OS. Property teams can use AI on the lease, the ledger, and the resident record without opening another tool or moving the work somewhere else.

This release also includes more than 300 new features across accounting, leasing, marketing, and operations, including lease file audits, multi-year forecasts tied to the general ledger, and leasing and maintenance conversations that keep their context.
