Give people room to build, and they stop fearing the tools.

Our VP of Engineering, Dano Gillette, shared what we’ve seen at Motivosity as people started building their own apps with AI. Our tech support agent built one for the work they do every day.

Leadership isn’t only about hitting numbers.

Old National Bank had nearly 5,000 employees across almost 400 locations.
