What Surprise!
When you consistently do things right, it can pays off in large and small ways.
On Friday morning, 11/7, while working at home, I received a call. The lady on the other end identified herself as Carol Chandler, from the BBB (Better Business Bureau). For a minute, my heart sank, I almost assumed the worst, that someone had launched a complaint, thinking ‘how could they’.
But thankfully, Coral quickly stated the call was not because of a complaint, and that was a relief!
Instead, she was calling to interview me, and invite my business Pick-N-Time, LLC to become an accredited member of the organization. What a surprise, relief, and joy, after the initial heart sank. See post interview message excerpt below:
