We’re beginning his training with the basics: charming the staff, keeping Mom’s PR image strong and leveraging peak cuteness for maximum ROI. Emails are next. One thing we’re proud of at Accent Creative Group: we don’t just support professional development—we live it.

Recently, Pam returned to Southeast Tourism Society Marketing Program as a professor, with Joni serving alongside her as co-instructor. At the same time, Ashley and Jay were back in the classroom as students, continuing their three-year TMP journey.

The program has had a tremendous impact on our team and our work. Pam and Joni are both proud TMP graduates, and next year Ashley and Jay will join those ranks as well.

From student to graduate to instructor, TMP has become part of our story—and we’re honored to help invest in the future leaders of the tourism industry while continuing to learn alongside them.

Accent Creative Group is growing and we're looking to add a few talented freelance writers to our extended team.

For more than 22 years, we've helped destinations across the Southeast tell their stories through visitor guides, magazines, websites, marketing campaigns and more. Now, we're looking for writers who know how to bring a place to life on the page. We're not looking for generic content writers.

We're looking for storytellers who understand destination marketing. Writers who can capture the personality of a community, uncover hidden gems, interview local voices, and create content that inspires people to visit, stay, explore and return. 🗺

Requirements:

✔️Must live in Georgia
✔️Experience writing for tourism organization, destinations or lifestyle/ travel publications

We came, we created, we collected trophies. 🏆

We’ve got some shiny news to share because four of our projects just strutted home with Communicator Awards and honestly… National Travel & Tourism Week showing up right now feels a little too perfect. Journey GA, our newest baby, kicked things off with a gold win. We made it, we still love it and we’re obsessed over every page…and the industry is right there with us. Then came the campaign trio… and yeah, they really didn’t come to play, all grabbing silver like it was just another Thursday.

Visit Athens, Georgia and The Classic Center basically said “you bring the people, we’ll bring the unforgettable” and turned every event into a full-on experience. Forsyth Convention & Visitors Bureau leaned into fish a little, beer a little, repeat… and somehow made lake days look award-worthy. Discover Lake Lanier ? They said pull up a chair, stay awhile, and turned everyday stops into stories worth staying for. Four wins. Zero chill. And a whole lot of “yeah… we did that.” Swipe to check it out!
