Have AI organize permitted notes into the buyer's objective, unanswered questions, commitments, and agreed follow-up timing. Check the result against the conversation record.

If the action still says 'follow up,' specify what the salesperson needs to ask or provide.

A colleague covering the account should be able to understand the next conversation without guessing what the original salesperson had in mind.
