We are getting close to the end of the year. I am not sure if I should be excited or sad. The Arabco group are wondering how all this political battle is going to affect us as a marketing group. Unfortunately it can go two ways. And it's not always a choice. But, we are optimistic and have a lot of exciting plans that we are looking forward to bring to the public, our clients and friends alike.

We have hopes of expanding by adding new thinkers and artist to our team. It's all about getting your message out there where you need it to be.

For those of you in the USA we urge you to get out there and VOTE next month. Take advantage of that right while you still have it.

For the rest of you enjoy what you have and always strive for a better tomorrow.

Happy Holiday

We here at Arabco are feeling your struggle. We too have had to find outlets to meet deadlines during this last year dealing with the shutdowns, the closures, non travel and of course the Pandemic its self.

We have been lucky not to have had any major downfalls or anyone in our crew get sick but even so our daily routine and how we conduct business has changed.

We are structuring a lot of virtual meetings, sales calls, and demonstrations. Our goal is to continue to help you our clients get your product out there and seen where it needs to be seen.

We have taken this time to upgrade our entire system along with filtering out the old and adding new contacts to our data fields. We have acquired over 3 million new IT contacts throughout RUSSIA, MIDDLE EAST, TURKEY, AFRICA and EUROPE. We have developed brand new plans that are more affordable with direct contacts. We make it easy for you to get back into the swing of things.

So, lets team up together now that we are in 2021 and get this party started.

Is this the end of our privacy as we know it. With the Mark Zuckerburg drama do I really want all that information at his hands? I am young but I still like the vail of privacy if nothing more. I am not happy with what I am hearing about all this collecting of random and vital information going on through facebook. Just the other day I heard of a couple testing the extent of their fears. They had their app open from facebook on their phones both of them as most of us do. They decided not to go on facebook or open the app at all for a short period of time and change their conversation to a topic that neither of them was interested in. Cats, yes cats. they do not have cats or want them or anything to do with them, they are dog people. Yet for an entire two days, they talked about cats off facebook remember with unopen apps....they spoke about cat food, local vets that might be better than the other, about getting more cats, so on and so on. Over and over again they mentioned cats. On the third day, they opened their facebook and low and behold there were ads crossing their pages...about CATS....lots of info on cats. Breeding cats, cat food supplies, boarding cats, cat care, just over and over cat information came across their facebook feed. There you have it...FACEBOOK is tracking your conversations even when you are not on FACEBOOK....imagine that. Not to bad you might say but what if you were talking about something more personal, something you did not want to pop up every time you opened facebook. What if you were talking about family, or friends that you did not want to share with the world. Now I am sure you might say, people are not sitting there listening to your conversation and you are right and wrong at the same time. They have bots...( electronics ) that pick up words you repeat I am sure....and these bots store your information in several forms and then let them loose in acro rhythm forms to a buyer, user, and just fishing for more information. We are lost people in a vast obstacle of space and we may never get out of it but should we just be happy about it? Is this really what we want the future to be like? You will not eat, breath, or sleep without being watched. Welcome to the real world.

Do you know the difference?

The segment(s) or group(s) of people and organizations you decide to sell to is called a target market. Targeted marketing, or differentiated marketing, means that you may differentiate some aspect of marketing (offering, promotion, price) for different groups of customers selected. It is a relatively new phenomenon. Mass marketing, or undifferentiated marketing, came first. It evolved along with mass production and involves selling the same product to everybody. You can think of mass marketing as a shotgun approach: you blast out as many marketing messages as possible on every medium available as often as you can afford. By contrast, targeted marketing is more like shooting a rifle; you take careful aim at one type of customer with your message.

FREELANCING IS NOT FOR EVERYONE

Freelancing is not for everyone, and with that said more and more people are waking up to the fact that freelancing is a better option than trying to fight that daily 9 to 5 fast-paced rat race. Unfortunately, there are unanswered questions on both sides. Do you have what it takes to be a freelancer in the first place is the number on pro freelancing question?
Yes, I agree that it allows you flexibility, independence, and in most cases an opportunity to make more money. On the other hand, it is not always a reliable income if you have ongoing bills that have to be paid on a regular basis. Then again, I would suppose that would depend on your expertise.

There are many career paths to choose from and here are 10 of the fastest growing freelance skills based on information from CNBC, and Business News Daily. Check them out and see if you are interested in any of them.

!. User Experience Design – Nowadays, website and app users expect to be impressed whenever they visit a website or download an app. UXD’s achieve these by creating products that are easy to use and enhance the visitor’s experience. Average National Annual Salary $87,883

2. ASP Development – Companies are searching for people like these who can edit, change, or customize web pages using the old school Active Server Pages (ASP) since it runs parallel with HTML5. 5. iOS Development – Just like it says many outsource this skill, except for Apple devices they have their own in-house team. Average National Annual Salary $85,000

6. Accounts stay very busy all year. Average National Annual Salary $65,940

7. Voice Talent – Have you ever wanted stardom? If so perhaps it lies in your voice skills. Voiceover work has been around for decades, the digital era is enabling talent to record from virtually anywhere, notes CNBC. “Telephone, audiobook readers, dubbing work, e-learning instruction, animation dialogue and video games are just some of the jobs calling for the voice of yours. It does require some acting skills along with having a very audible tone. Average National Annual Salary $40,000

8. WordPress Development – Today everyone has a blog in one form or another so it comes to no surprise that this skill, in which your build and develop plugins is on the rise. Average National Annual Salary $75,000

9. Video Editing – Video editors look for errors, add audio or graphics, and make sure that a story matches the overall storyline. With more brands wanting to develop content, especially video content, it’s no surprise that this is a booming industry. Average National Annual Salary $61,750

10. Zendesk – Zendesk is a growing customer service software company where you can customize the experience for your teams and customers by placing products into existing APIs, Apps, and mobile SDKs. This might be one of the best freelance fields if you are looking for the big salary. Software Engineer salaries at Zendesk can range from $76,990 to 137,061

The Four Ps Model

Product – The first of the Four Ps of marketing is the product. A product can be either a tangible good or an intangible service that fulfills a need or want of consumers. Whether you sell custom pallets and wood products or provide luxury accommodations, it’s imperative that you have a clear grasp of exactly what your product is and what makes it unique before you can successfully market it.

Price – Once a concrete understanding of the product offering is established we can start making some pricing decisions. Price determinations will impact profit margins, supply, demand, and marketing strategy. Similar (in concept) products and brands may need to be positioned differently based on varying price points, while price elasticity considerations may influence our next two Ps.

Promotion – We’ve got a product and a price now it’s time to promote it. Promotion looks at the many ways marketing agencies disseminate relevant product information to consumers and differentiate a particular product or service. Promotion includes elements like advertising, public relations, social media marketing, email marketing, search engine marketing, video marketing and more. Each touch point must be supported by a well-positioned brand to truly maximize return on investment.

Place – Often you will hear marketers saying that marketing is about putting the right product, at the right price, at the right place, at the right time. It’s critical then, to evaluate what the ideal locations are to convert potential clients into actual clients. Today, even in situations where the actual transaction doesn’t happen on the web, the initial place potential clients are engaged and converted is online.

When you understand these simple yet important things you are on your way to getting your products and ideas out there for all to see.
