Before every project, we assemble the LED sphere and screens in our warehouse. Fully, just like on site. We power everything on, test it, and make sure every component is in place. That takes one to two days before load-in.

After the event, we spend another one to two days checking all the equipment, so it's fully ready for the next show.

This work always stays behind the scenes, and we don't charge extra for it. Warehouse Prep and De-Prep come as a bonus for our clients.

Because for us, professional work starts long before your guests walk in.

12 hours before doors open - and no idea what to put on the booth 😬

A young startup reached out to us. The team was so deep into building their product that a day before the conference, they suddenly realized they had nothing to actually show it on. No screen, no booth, no way to catch anyone's attention.

They'd already called ten agencies, and every one gave the same answer: nobody takes on a timeline like that. They called us that afternoon, almost pleading for help. And there was less than 12 hours left for the entire process - signing the contract, payment, transport, unloading, installation, setup. ⏱️

We handle jobs of any complexity, and this was just another challenge we took on. By morning, the LED sphere was standing on the booth, ready to go. 🔵

We were trying to figure out how to show what we actually do, without sounding like an ad. So here's the simple version.

It starts with a venue. Just a regular room, a regular stage. Then we bring in the sphere, the screen, blend them into one continuous image. We set it up, test it, stay close all night - if something needs adjusting, we adjust it, nobody in the room even notices. And at the end, we take it all down and pack it up ourselves.
