https://american-cse.org/drafts/
This year's Congress will be held in person (face-to-face); however, online
presentation options will also be available for authors and speakers who
are unable to attend physically. See below for presentation options:
https://www.american-cse.org/csce2026/presentation_modes
In order to leverage the synergies between various CS & CE fields, the program
committees of a number of premier conferences have their 2026 events held at
one venue (same location and dates). Thus, this year, the Congress is composed
of a number of tracks (joint-conferences, sessions, workshops, poster and
panel discussions); all will be held simultaneously, same location and dates:
July 20-23, 2026. For the complete list of joint-conferences, refer to:

KEYNOTE LECTURES AND TUTORIALS:
There will be between 5 and 10 Invited/Keynote lectures and Panel
Discussions; speakers include world-renowned scientists and educators.
The names of Featured Keynote Speakers in recent years can be found at:
https://www.american-cse.org/csce2026/past_speakers
SUBMISSION OF PAPERS:
To submit your paper for Evaluation, please upload the paper to:
https://american-cse.org/drafts/
All accepted papers will be published by
PUBLISHER: SPRINGER NATURE
Indexation: Scopus; DBLP, EI Engineering Index (Compendex, Inspec databases);
Springer Link; Google Scholar; Conference Proceedings Citation
Index (CPCI), part of Clarivate Analytics' Web of Science; ACM
Digital Library; IO-Port; MathSciNet; Zentralblatt MATH, and
others. Only about 5% of all journals and conference proceedings
reach the same high level of scientific indexing as CSCE
publications. The indexed Springer Links and Scopus associated
with prior years' CSCE publications can be accessed via (and via
Scopus and other SCI databases):
https://www.american-cse.org/csce2026/paper_submission
CSCI proceedings/papers (the sister conference to CSCE) have been
accepted by the Core Collection of Web of Science (WoS) for indexing
in its databases. Notably, WoS includes only a very small fraction -
approximately 1% - of all published volumes across all publishers
and academic disciplines worldwide. In general, WoS does not index
conference proceedings; however, it has made an exception in this
case. This achievement would not have been possible without the
consistently high quality of the authors' contributions.
For the submission of draft papers (ie, papers submitted for evaluation),
ALL REASONABLE FORMATTING/TYPESETTING ARE ACCEPTABLE. Authors of ACCEPTED
papers will later receive specific typesetting instructions to prepare
their final versions. The final papers are expected to use the standard
Springer Nature typesetting format available at:
https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines
Authors can find MS WORD and LaTex templates in the above link.
Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers by uploading them to
the evaluation web site at:
https://american-cse.org/drafts/
All submissions must be original and must not have been previously published
or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Submissions must be uploaded by the due date and must be in either PDF or
MS WORD formats.
The first page of the paper should include the followings:
- Title of the paper
- Name, affiliation, City, Country, and email address of each author
(identify the name of the Contact Author). For Science Citation
Indexation (SCI) inclusion processes, we prefer that the Contact
Authors to provide email addresses that can be traced (SCI requires
that the Contact Authors be positively identified.)
- Abstract (between 100 and 120 words)
- A maximum of 6 topical keywords (Indexed Terms) that would best
represent the work described in the paper.
- After the topical keywords, Write the type of the submission as
"Regular Research Paper", "Short Research Paper", or
"Extended Abstract/Poster Research Paper".
https://www.american-cse.org/csce2026/paper_categories
- The actual text of the paper can start from the first page.
Each paper will be peer-reviewed by two experts in the field for
originality, significance, clarity, impact, and soundness. In cases of
contradictory recommendations, a member of the conference program committee
would be charged to make the final decision; often, this would involve
seeking help from additional referees. Papers whose authors include a
member of the conference program committee will be evaluated using the
double-blinded review process. (Essay/philosophical papers will not be
refereed but may be considered for discussion/panels).
PAPER CATEGORIES:

IMPORTANT DATES:
Since the books/conference proceedings will be published and indexed
in SCIs after the conference, we have some flexibility with the
submission deadlines. In response to numerous requests, the paper
submission deadline has been extended as detailed below. Authors who
have submitted their papers in response to earlier announcements will
receive the decision/status report of their papers according to the
original announced dates. Authors who have already received a decision
on their papers are to follow the instructions and the deadlines that
appeared in the notification that they have already received.
We operate on a revolving deadline: papers are reviewed through a
Fast-Track Evaluation (FTE) system, meaning that each submission is
assigned to referees immediately upon receipt. To help ensure timely
feedback, referees receive a modest honorarium pay for their service.
June 18, 2026: SUBMISSION OF PAPERS (for peer-review evaluation):
https://american-cse.org/drafts/
NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION:
REVOLVING DATE:
7 to 14 days AFTER the date of submission.
REGISTRATION: REVOLVING DATE:
https://www.american-cse.org/csce2026/registration
Authors of accepted papers will find the registration
deadline in their notification of acceptance.
Note that failing to register for a conference after having
a paper accepted is regarded as a breach of author ethics.
Submitting a paper to a conference signifies a commitment
to the research community, and neglecting to register
undermines this responsibility, potentially disrupting the
integrity and collaborative spirit of the academic process.

September 10, 2026: FINAL PAPERS FOR PUBLICATION
The conference proceedings will be published shortly after
the event. The publisher, Springer Nature, will send each
author a unique upload link corresponding to their accepted
paper. We anticipate that these links will be emailed to
authors by approximately September 10, 2026. Once the link
is received, authors will have two weeks to upload the
final version of their paper for publication. The
conference organizers will also send timely reminders to
authors to ensure all final submissions are completed
within the designated timeframe.
