We are hiring for both our Lapeer and Imlay City locations. The ideal candidate will be able and willing to travel between the locations. A tech personality is beneficial but not required. Bi-Lingual is also beneficial but not required.

Requirements:
18 years old or older
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Your own reliable transportation
Available Mon-Sat 9am - 8pm and Sun 12pm-6pm
(We are open Mon-Sat 10-7 and will soon be Sunday 12-5)
Able to work alone
Able to adapt quickly to ever changing Promotions and Policies
Pass a background check and drug test

Position Responsibilities:
Sell Boost Mobile Devices, Services and Accessories
Support and Troubleshoot Boost Mobile Devices and Accounts
Maintain proper store appearance and cleanliness
Promote Boost Mobile products and Services thru various methods
Operate POS station and maintain accurate monetary balances
Maintain continuous training on new and evolving products and services
Provide interactions with customers with a positive and uplifting attitude

Pay is hourly plus monthly bonuses
Benefit options available after 90 days

Job description:
The ideal candidate will be able to speak English and basic Spanish, be willing to travel between locations and possess some Retail Sales experience. These are not required items but will definitely put you ahead of other candidates.
Candidates need to be responsible, respectable, presentable, professional and most importantly dependable.

Position Responsibilities:
Provide and Maintain a positive experience for all customers
Provide excellent customer experience to all customers
Provide bill pay services
Provide device activation and device setup
Provide basic tech support of devices (Apple and Android)
Balance cash drawer
Maintain store cleanliness
Answer store telephones
Participate in store marketing projects. (Events, Customer Calls, etc.)
Experience in the retail cellular industry is not required but is a plus.

This is an Hourly plus bonus sales position. All candidates will start as part-time with the opportunity to move up to full time as the individuals skill set and performance increases.
